Where do I get claim number?
Your insurance company will provide you with a claim number when you report your accident. If you loose this number just call the insurance company and they can provide it for you again. Please bring this number into our office to begin the repair process.
What are your business hours?
We are open 7:00am to 5:30pm Monday – Friday. If you need to drop off your vehicle earlier then 7am please call us to make arrangements.
Do I need an appointment to drop my vehicle off for repairs?
An appointment is not necessary but it is recommended. With and appointment we can be prepared with all of your necessary insurance information.
Can your shop perform any other service work while my vehicle is there?
Yes. Just let us know what needs to be done and we can make the necessary arrangements.
Can my paint color be matched?
We use today's most modern paint products and techniques here at our shop. We also take pride in our highly trained and experienced paint staff who's high standards ensure your vehicle's new paint matches.
What if my car is a total loss?
If the cost to repair your vehicle exceeds the cost to repair it then it is a total loss. Every insurance company handles this process differently and they will be in touch with you to guide you through the procedure.
Can I get a ride home after dropping my vehicle off with you shop?
Yes. We provide a pick up and delivery service to see that every customer gets home safely and is inconvenienced as little as possible.
How do I rent a car?
If you need a rental car we can help you make the necessary arrangements with one of our local rental stores. They are willing to pick you up from our shop and drop you off once repairs are complete. Insurance companies will only pay for a rental vehicle if you have that on your policy or if they are liable to the damages to your vehicle so check with your insurance company before you schedule a rental vehicle.
Are my repairs covered under warranty?
Yes. We have a lifetime guarantee on all our repairs.
Do I have to pay a deductible?
The amount of your deductible is determined by your insurance policy. If you are not sure what your deductible is check with your insurance company or agent.
Who do I pay my deductible to?
It is your responsibility to pay your deductible to us when you pick up your vehicle. If you are unsure as to what your deductible is please check with your insurance company.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover, as well as cash or check.
What are betterment charges?
Parts that wear out over time (i.e., tires, batteries, and suspension parts) are commonly subject to betterment charges when they are replaced during the repair process. These betterment charges are determined by your insurance company and are pro-rated based on actual miles on your vehicle.
Do I need to file an accident report?
If the total damages to your vehicle are greater than $700 then you will need to file a report. Here is a direct link to download an accident report. If the damages total less than $700 then you do not need to file a report.
Do I need an appointment for an estimate? How long will it take and how much does it cost?
Our estimates are free of charge and you may come in anytime between 7am and 4pm to have us take a look at your vehicle. It is best however to call a few hours ahead to make sure there is an estimator available to reduce your wait time. The estimate will take about 20min depending on the extent of the damage to you vehicle.
Can I wash my vehicle after repairs are completed?
Yes. It is OK to wash your car by hand with cool water and mild soap using a soft sponge. Always use clean water and make sure you remain in a shaded area.
It is NOT OK to use a commercial car wash because their brushes can scratch the paint. Avoid parking under areas that attract birds as their droppings will damage the paint. Do not scrape ice or snow from the freshly painted surface.
Can I wax my vehicle after repairs are completed?
No. Do not wax or polish the vehicle for at least 30 days. This will allow the finish to dry and harden completely.
